A fifth generation Californian, Claire was born and raised in Beverly Hills. She moved to Paris in her mid-twenties where she found a job and a first career in advertising. After Paris, she moved to London and continued to work in the advertising world. Claire moved back to Los Angeles and got her real estate license in 2003. She knows and understands L.A. as an insider and was able to gain perspective from having left it for over 10 years.

Claire's marketing background, deep knowledge of the industry and the region coupled with access to cutting edge market research help make her a problem solver: creative, intelligent and insightful. She is a strong communicator and a tough negotiator dedicated to excellent client service. A large part of her clientele is repeat clients or referrals from previous clients who appreciate her professionalism and commitment to helping clients achieve their end goals. Easy to talk with, patient and positive, Claire is extremely respectful and protective of her clients' needs, interests and resources. 

With a professional, yet friendly, approach, Becca prides herself acting as a supportive partner who tenaciously negotiates on her clients' behalf, always with their best interests in mind. Having grown up in Los Angeles, Becca knows each neighborhood like the back of her hand and can easily convey to her clients the personality and aesthetic of nearly every block in the city. Loyal to a fault, without hesitation, she'll say that honesty and integrity are more important to her than closing a transaction. "I will always do the right thing. I will always share with clients what I would do in their shoes," she explains. Prior to real estate, Becca worked in brand advertising at top agencies including TBWA Chiat/Day, Deutsch and Saatchi & Saatchi. Not only did that experience hone the innovative marketing talent she brings to her real estate work, but it also helped form the full-service approach to customer care that is the cornerstone of her entire approach.

Becca comes to Compass from a record-breaking, $5-billion-dollar team ranked among the top 10 in the country by the Wall Street Journal.  Raised in West Los Angeles, Becca earned a degree in economics from UC Berkeley. Today, she resides with her two children in Mar Vista, which she loves for its great neighbors, proximity to the beach and its small town feel in the heart of the big city.

Venice Beach native, Kim Kovac, is a powerful and trusted asset to local buyers and sellers. Motivated by her grandfather who owned a brokerage on Venice Boulevard for over 20 years, Kim entered the real estate industry to help others navigate complex transactions with minimal stress and inconveniences. Known as a creative problem solver, Kim has a talent for negotiating and communicating with people from various cultural backgrounds, while exuding patience, a sense of humor, and an ability to identify positive solutions. With nearly two decades of residential real estate experience, Kim is a knowledgeable relocation expert in addition to her local expertise. Passionate about the opportunity to help her clients achieve a successful transition, she leverages her experience from living in the trifecta cities: Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. To best serve her clients looking to relocate, Kim maintains an active real estate license in both New York and California.

Kim credits her work ethic, talent for relating to people, and solutions-driven mindset to her time as a producer in the entertainment industry. She worked with top talent at both Disney and Sony Pictures after working at Refinery 29, a successful digital media company where she lead online sales. As a mother of two, Kim’s listening skills, patience, and ability to compromise are unsurpassed. Dedicated to the community where she lives and works, Kim and her husband are frequent volunteers at her children's school, Mar Vista Elementary. When she isn’t busy helping her clients, Kim likes to collect stamps on her passport and has traveled everywhere from Africa to Australia, Europe to Asia.
